United seemed to be cruising towards their fourth consecutive Premier League victory after Jadon Sancho and Marcus Rashford gave them a commanding lead at half-time.
However, Pedro Porro sparked the fightback for Tottenham, and Bruno Fernandes missed a golden chance to extend United’s lead when he hit the bar.

Dwight McNeil did manage to score a header for the hosts to make it 3-1, but Newcastle’s substitute Jacob Murphy added a fourth just a minute later, sealing Everton’s fate.
The final game of the night saw Bournemouth defeat Southampton by 1-0.
