In the wake of the team’s horrific 6-1 thrashing against Newcastle, Tottenham has officially announced that Cristian Stellini and his coaching staff have left the Club.
Spurs recorded their heaviest Premier League defeat in ten years during Sunday’s humiliation at Saint James park and the club has decided to let go of Stellini.
“Against Newcastle on Sunday, our performance was completely awful. It was awful to witness“.
“While I, the Board, the coaches, and the players must all bear joint accountability, the ultimate burden of responsibility rests with me“. The statement said.
“Cristian and his coaching staff will leave their current positions”.
“We want to thank Cristian for taking over during a trying period in our season and for the professional way that he and his coaching staff carried themselves through it. All the best to him and his team“.
Ryan Mason is expected to take charge of footballing activities for the main time.
