The UEFA Champions League returned to our screens last night with games in France and Italy respectively. The games involved Paris Saint Germain, Bayern Munich, AC Milan, and Tottenham Hotspurs.

In France, Paris Saint Germain Lost at the Parc The Princes by 1-0 to visiting Bayern Munich, with ex-PSG Academy graduate Kingsley Coman scoring the only goal of the game. The game was a repeat of the 2019/20 Champions League final between both teams and Coman’s goal also settled the game 3 years ago.  Both teams will meet at the Allianz Arena stadium for the return fixture, though Bayern will be without Defender, Benjamin Pavard after the French Right Back was shown a Red Card last night.

Elsewhere, 7-Time Champions, AC Milan saw off Tottenham Hotspurs by 1-0 with Brahim Diaz Scoring the only goal of the game.  Milan were fairly comfortable throughout the game with Spurs offering very little going forward. Both teams will meet again for the return fixture in 2 weeks’ time at White Hart Lane In North London, England.

“They must understand that as soon as an American or a Polish soldier shows up there, he must be killed,” he added. The Kremlin’s goal is to “create a sanitary cordon” of up to 100 kilometers (60 miles) around Russian-held areas so short- and mid-range weapons can't strike them, according to Medvedev. Moscow may even set its sights on grabbing a bigger chunk of Ukrainian territory, stretching all the way to the border with Poland, he said.
