Cristiano Ronaldo added four goals to his career total of 503 in domestic competitions on Thursday for his new Saudi Arabian squad.
Four days after turning 38, Ronaldo assisted Al Nassr in a 4-0 Saudi Pro League victory over Al Wehda by scoring twice in each half.
After the World Cup, the five-time Ballon d’Or winner, who previously played for Real Madrid, Juventus, and Manchester United, joined Al Nassr. The Portugal star agreed to a deal that will last until June 2025.
When Portugal lost to Morocco in the World Cup quarterfinals, Ronaldo was benched in the knockout stages and sobbed as he exited the pitch.
