In preparations for the Saturday’s Governorship and house of Assembly elections across the states, Some Ad Hoc staffs in Owerri, Imo state has complained bitterly of lack of shelter in Mbaitoli Municipal.
An INEC staff who wishes to remain antonymous disclose this to SpeedUp9ja by 10:45pm on Friday night.
According to him, he said: “Currently, we are outside without shelter of any kind under heavy rain, just under the canopy till the next day”.
