Haalad who is the leading goal scorer in the Premier League (28 goals) was noticeably absent as the champions released a number of images from their most recent training session on Thursday.
Due to a groin ailment, the 22-year-old withdrew from the Norway team for their most recent Euro 2024 qualifying matches against Spain and Georgia.
Although his father, the former City player Alf-Inge, was quoted by Norwegian TV as claiming his son had traveled to Barcelona for treatment, there have been no official updates on his status.
Haaland apparently left Manchester and is now back, however he was not visible in any of the pictures from yesterday’s training at City.
City who trail League Leaders Arsenal by eight points will host Liverpool this weekend, though Pep Guardiola is Expected to provide further informations on Haaland during his press conference today (Friday).
