The Abia State Governor, Okezie Ikpeazu has approved the immediate dissolution of all his political appointees

The Abia State Governor, Okezie Ikpeazu, on Thursday, approved the immediate dissolution of all his political appointees.

According to a statement issued by the Secretary to the State Government, Barr. Chris Ezem, those affected are all Special Assistants, Senior Special Assistants, Special Advisers and Technical Officers.

The governor further directed the State Accountant General to ensure immediate payment of March, 2023 stipends to all the outgoing appointees.
