According to a recent report by The Athletic, Christian Pulisic is keen on leaving Chelsea this summer, and is willing to accept a pay cut to facilitate a transfer.
Despite his big-money move from Borussia Dortmund in 2019, the USA international has had a challenging time at Stamford Bridge.
The report suggests that Chelsea are open to offers as low as £20 million for the 24-year-old, and Pulisic is eager to move on to new opportunities.
Despite featuring in 30 matches across all competitions in the 2022/23 season, the USMNT star played only 1,012 minutes, scoring just one goal and providing one assist.
Juventus has been among the clubs linked with Pulisic, whose contract with Chelsea runs until June 2024.
In addition to Pulisic, a number of other players are expected to leave Chelsea this summer due to the club’s bloated squad and the arrival of new manager Mauricio Pochettino.
Mateo Kovacic, Kai Havertz and Connor Gallagher are reportedly set to leave Stamford Bridge this summer.
