The house of Real Madrid forward Rodrygo was the target of a burglary during Copa del Rey Final last Saturday.
According to Marca, police were called to Rodrygo’s residence in the La Moraleja neighborhood of Madrid early on after being informed of a crime by a security guard.
While it’s not yet known if anything has been taken, several of the apartments had been disturbed. The event is still being investigated by police, who are gathering evidence.
Rodrygo and his parents were away in Seville attending the Copa de Rey final, so the home was unoccupied at the time.

After the victory, the Brazilian stepped out and said that his goal celebration was in honor of an eight-year-old youngster he had met who had recently beat cancer.
Rodrygo is not the only football player to experience a break-in recently.
Earlier this year, robbers broke into Mohamed Salah’s Cairo house and stole satellite receivers.
Striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang was attacked in his Barcelona house in August 2022 during an armed robbery.
The police in are currently working to identify the robbers who broke into Rodrygo’s home.
