In a remarkable display of generosity, Portugal and Al-Nassr star Ronaldo has funded a plane full of essential items such as tents, food packages, pillows, blankets, beds, baby food, milk and medical supplies to aid the victims of the recent Turkey/Syria Earthquake to help families aid quicker recovery from the disaster.
The earthquake, which occurred on February 6, was a devastating 7.7 magnitude quake that caused widespread destruction of properties in several parts of southern Turkey and Syria.
In addition to this, Ronaldo has also donated one of his signed jerseys to be auctioned off by Turkish footballer Merih Demiral, with the proceeds going towards helping those affected by the earthquake.
Amongst those affected by the earthquake was Ghanaian footballer, Christian Atsu who passed away as a result of the disaster.
