After Manchester United’s 0-0 draw with Southampton at Old Trafford, Alejandro Garnacho was spotted leaving the stadium with crutches and a protective boot on his right foot.
The winger had come on in the second half of the game but was substituted in added time following a tackle by Kyle Walker-Peters that left him limping down the touchline.
Despite the injury, United manager Erik ten Hag did not appear too worried and explained in a post-match press conference that Garnacho was brought off due to his limping and the team being down to 10 men.
United will now focus on their upcoming Europa League last-16 second leg clash against Real Betis on Thursday, after taking a commanding 4-1 lead from the first leg at Old Trafford.
