Liverpool released their New Jersey Ahead of the 2023/2024 season.
The Reds’ logo for 2023–24 pays tribute to illustrious former manager Bill Shankly and his final campaign at Anfield in 1964.
The brand-new Liverpool 2023-24 home kit pays homage to the iconic Bill Shankly’s final season as manager of the Reds 50 years ago by rebranding the cup-winning kit of the 1974 team.
The traditional style is available in a vivid Liverpool red with a contrast white collar and cuffs that are inspired by the 1974 FA Cup champions.
In honor of the children, women, and men who were wrongfully killed as a result of the Hillsborough disaster, the 97 insignia, which is encircled by the eternal flames, is proudly displayed at the nape of the neck on the reverse of the jersey.
The current male team will unveil the new uniform in the final home game of the season against Aston Villa on May 20.
This will be Anfield’s penultimate game before the Anfield Road Stand expansion is finished, increasing the stadium’s capacity by 7,000 seats.
