Estranged wife of Nollywood actor May Edochie has filed a lawsuit against Sarah Martins.
A certain Nigerian actress who edited Yul Edochie, Judy Austin and her on in to the pictures she took with her kids.
During the festive period, it could be recalled that Sarah Martins edited a picture of May and her kids which went viral on different social media platforms.
However, this didn’t sit well with May who has taken a legal action against the actress where she is asked to apologize to May for defamation or risk paying a whooping sum of 500 million naira to May.
While announcing the lawsuit on her Instagram page
She Wrote;
“It is very inconsiderate and demeaning to SMEAR anyone, especially someone you barely knew. I’ve always had a PEACEFUL, JOYFUL, and LOVING family. I worked tirelessly for several years building a beautiful home while managing several businesses successfully.
It is very evident that some persons have been deliberately and desperately trying to TAINT my reputation and “change the narrative” in order to suit their agenda. This isEdochie unacceptable to me.
My passionate legal team will be extremely cheerful to dine with anyone who does not cease and desist from character assassination or defamatory publications in a court of law.”
Early last year May’s marriage to popular Nollywood Actor Yul Edochie hit the rock after he revealed Actress Judy Austin as his second wife.
