Matchweek 23 of the English Premier League Rounded off today with games Involving Leeds, Manchester United, Manchester City, and Aston Villa.
The day started at Ellan Road where Leeds United Was beaten by visiting Manchester United. Despite dominating a large part of the game, Leeds found themselves behind after 80 minutes when Marcus Rashford rose highest to head home a Luke Shaw’s Cross beyond Leeds Ian Meslier.
United quickly doubled their lead five minutes later when Alejandro Garnacho was put through on goal by Wout Wergorst, the 18-year-old with a simple finish past Meslier to seal the victory for Erik Ten Haag’s men.
Elsewhere, Champions Manchester City saw off Aston Villa at Etihad with goals from Rodri, Gundogan, and Mahrez helping the champions close up the point gap against leaders Arsenal.
City and Arsenal face each other in the top-of-the-table clash on Wednesday.
