Bayern Munich defeated Werder Bremen by 2-1 to move four points clear on the Bundesliga, table thanks to goals from Serge Gnabry and Leroy Sane.
After receiving the ball from Jamal Musiala, Gnabry finished in close range past Jiri Pavlenka, the Werder goalie.
Leroy Sane assisted Noussair Mazraoui in setting up Bayern’s second goal, which he sunk into the far corner.
Niklas Schmidt sent a long-range goal into the top corner to give Werder a late consolation.
Borussia Dortmund will try to reduce the gap on Sunday when they host Wolfsburg.
