Bayern Munich secured a 2-0 victory over Hertha Berlin, allowing them to reclaim the top spot in the Bundesliga.
Serge Gnabry and Kingsley Coman both scored for Bayern, with Gnabry’s diving header coming from a clever pass by Joshua Kimmich.
Coman’s goal was set up by Kimmich as well, with the Frenchman slotting the ball past Hertha’s Manuel Riemann.
Bayern’s four-game winless streak across all competitions came to an end with the victory, providing coach Thomas Tuchel some much-needed relief following his team’s recent exits from the German Cup and Champions League.
With this win, Bayern moved one point ahead of Borussia Dortmund, who drew 1-1 with VfL Bochum on Friday..
