Hilda Effiong Bassey better known as Hilda Baci is a popular Nigerian chef and Foodpreneur, a Content Creator, actress and, TV Host, she is known for her amazing african tasty recipe.

Hilda Baci who is 27 years old, was born in the family of Mr and Mrs Effiong Bassey in Akwa Ibom, she developed her passion for cooking since 2020 when she founded a restaurant named ‘My Food by Hilda’ @Myfoodbyhilda, She is a graduate of sociology from Madonna university Okija.

Hilda Baci is currently on a mission to breaking the world’s Guinness record of the first african woman to cook for the longest hours.

She is set to take over from, Lata Tandon, an Indian chef from Rewa, Madhya Pradesh, who currently holds the record for cooking nonstop for completely 87 hours and 45 minutes, breaking the previous record by 20 hours.

Baci is on pace to break the above record by cooking for four days and nights for a total of 97 hours with over 100 nigerian dishes at Amore Gardens, a beautiful in Lagos.

Hilda baci aims to inspire millions of other african women to believe in their dreams and to never give up untill they discover their true selves, she said she started this contest in order to push her brand ‘FoodBHilda‘ Restaurant and to attract investors from all over the world.

Hilda said within one year and six months of her career, she had already succeeded in training over 5,000 women and girls in both online classes and in her physical location.

“Hello everyone my name is Hilda Effiong Bassey, graduate of sociology from Madonna university Okija. I’m a tv presenter actress and also the Head Chef/CEO of this business @myfoodbyhilda. Ever since I started this business 1 year ago (2020) I have done all the cooking managing and navigating of this business by myself.

I started with no staff then to 1 staff and now 4 staff, still the numbers has increased, they help with procurement prepping and cleaning and I’m very happy with what I have achieved so far. God has indeed been faithful and I don’t take his Grace for granted; I am no where close to where I want to be with this business but I intend to keep putting in the work to get there.

Before I started this business I went through a very dark time, I didn’t think I will make it out as I had given up on everything. This business saved me a great deal and I’m thankful. if you feel down please don’t give up, God has a purpose for keeping you here have faith in him he will guide you just wanted to tell you a little bit about myself wishing you an amazing week ahead ”.
