The latter then increased the home team’s lead after a shrewdly and expertly placed pass from Ben White created an opportunity in the Palace defense. Soon into the second half, Granit Xhaka capitalized on a ball from Leandro Trossard to extend Arsenal’s lead to 3-0.
While the visitors, who were without a manager, managed to reduce the deficit through Jeffrey Schlupp, Saka scored again to secure Arsenal’s triumph.
Palace are now winless in 12 Games in 2023 and despite sacking first team coach Patrick Viera On Friday, results does not seem like its going to change for the Eagles who are now starring at Relegation.
