In a recent interview, West Ham’s striker Michael Antonio labelled Arsenal supporters as “annoying” despite the fact that he wants the Gunners to win the Premier League title.
Antonio revealed his opinions on the top of the table and offered a frank assessment of a particular, notorious supporter base as the tantalizing Premier League title race between Arsenal and Manchester City continues to reach it’s climax.
He made a quite startling declaration in his interview with The Boot Room:
“I want Arsenal to win. But I’ll be honest—I don’t like Arsenal supporters”.
“I have relatives, my agent, my nephews,” he assertively added. They annoy me Additionally, they have always been a pain! Gunners Fan TV! Annoying.”
He acknowledged that he wanted them to win the championship but added:
“They are the worst [to joke around with].”
“Despite the fact that they haven’t won the Premier League in a while, they act like they did it last year”.
The 33-year-old international from Jamaica is not the only one who has strong feelings about Arsenal’s supporter group.
Due to the Gunners’ inconsistent play, the supporters’ channel AFTV has seen substantial growth over the past few years.
As a result, it has become an online sensation as competitors relish the suffering of the hosts and interviewees. They are less amusing to make fun of now.
